As a registered IGP:Digital Publisher user, you have access to theIGP:Digital Publisher Portals Forum at all times. There you can report any issues of any type. Normally these are answered in 24 hours.
Training & Learning Resources
There are four tiers of training available for IGP:Digital Publisher.
Interactive Tutorials
These are short, fast interactive modules that are accessible from every IGP:Digital Publisher Portal. These are designed to get you familiar with the interface and interactions for all the features of IGP:Digital Publisher and IGP:Document Designer.
Demonstration Tutorial Videos
The demonstration videos are slower paced with narration by Richard Pipe. This is a growing library of videos which address both general and specialist areas. They are supplied through our YouTube channel.
Training Webinairs
Registered IGP:Digital Publisher Portal users can participate in our regular training Webinair programs. The Webinair program is generally oriented to new features and specialist operations and have the advantage of Q and A.
Custom Training
You can request custom online training sessions. Custom training sessions must be booked well in advance, normally at least a week. If a training requirement is more complex price and schedule will be by agreement.

Our professional support service team is available to help you with a range of services to help you through the tricky stuff, to meet a deadline, or for any other reason.
