The IGP:Writer Interface

IGP:Writer is where you create, edit, compose and flow your XML content for any book or document. Multi-layered templates make virtually any output format possible. Document templates, page templates and content block templates work seamlessly together to create everything from a simple novel to a complex text book. The powerful XML is valuable and highly reusable for multiple and future content strategies.

The main IGP:Writer toolbar buttons are explained here. There are three main toolbar sets, Document tools, Page tools, and Preview and processing tools.

IGP:FLIP Formats on Demand lets you instantly create valid packages for all major eBook formats including ePub and Mobipocket (with and without DRM). It has processing options for a wide range of publisher specific eBook options including generation of Contents pages, Index renumbering, TOC nesting strategies and much more. E-pub TOC output can be in English, German and Spanish. There is a sample e-pub generator that allows you to select which chapters and sections to combine into a review e-pub

IGP:Reader - Controlled Content Online

IGP:Reader is available at all times while you are working with IGP:FLIP. Your documents can be viewed Online as you create and edit them. At any time you can publish them to other sites as full documents, full HTML pages or XHTML fragments for full embedding in other systems.

IGP:Reader is DRM enabled. Control what users can do with your content including:

• Page range views
• Public & private annotations
• Bookmarks and highlights
• Print to PDF
• eCompile to new documents
