IGP:Production Solutions - Applications
From paper, or eFile — to valuable, reusable digital assets
The IGP:Production Solutions desktop applications are collectively known as IGP:Content Workbench. They are designed to address content processing when quality must be assured. It ensures formal production processes are implemented, managed and audited. Unlike normal applications they have controlled features - by design, to keep users within specific pre-defined quality constraints.
Each application has a configuration toolkit that allows multiple project constraints and behaviours to be pre-configured in project profiles. This means that across multiple seats, in multiple locations, everyone is working with the same tools. IGP:Content Workbench applications integrate with other IGP:ECMS Solutions for control and productivity.

IGP:OCR CG-Latin
Best of breed OCR for various languages using Latin, Cyrillic and Greek character sets. A wide range of features for OCR'ing regions and ranges of content. Highly defined workflow engine enables any AIMS OCR application to be used as a stand-alone remote process.

IGP:Proof
Heads-up list proofer with OCR dictionary assistant for fast and accurate proofing of OCR'ed text. Document histogram function makes identification and disposal of errors quick and easy. Comes with standard proofing word-lists, and specialized vocabulary word-lists.

IGP:Compare
Allows the comparison and defect disposal of two keyed or proofed files and quality control record maintenance. Can also be configured for triple compare for additional quality output.

IGP:Content Editor
Specialist content processing for digitized content. Has multiple special spell checkers which compare the document internally, special processing for punctuation, diacritics, inline-styles, fast styling and tabbing tools for complex horizontal content such as code listing and indexes.
IGP:Encode XML
High productivity, easy to use XML style tagger for any text based content including lists, tables, notes/footnotes, block structures, frames, hyperlinks and ID generation. Interactive keyboard map eliminates training time and improves accuracy.
